BrainTask didn't come out of a brainstorm. It came out of the daily pain of running a service business and not finding a tool that understood the whole thing.
The story
The problem wasn't a lack of tools.
We ran a service business with the same apps as everyone else: one for projects, another for clients, another for hours, another for billing. And one person in the middle gluing it all together by hand.
That integrator was us. So we built the layer we were missing. The agency that gave us our start was our client number one: we tested every idea in our own operation before offering it to anyone else.

Our mission is simple to say and hard to achieve: that whoever runs a service business stops juggling admin and goes back to doing what they know how to do. Leading.

AI detects and drafts; you approve. Never the other way around, and we never promise capabilities that don't exist yet.

Privacy by design: we collect the minimum, handle your data in line with applicable law and never sell it.

We're at an early stage and we say it plainly. BrainTask is a trademark pending before Mexico's IMPI and several of its capabilities are in testing or in development. The product is built and backed by Vonnect Solutions, S. de R.L. de C.V..
